Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I enjoy going to casavi. There are days which are obviously stressful but with a great team and nice collegues it is easily managed... casavi and our superiors always listen to their employes which I think is very important to continue to have a nice working environment.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Openness | You always have the chance to suggest new ideas. There is a constant exchange with your superior to develope within the team and to dicuss your personal development.
Kommunikation
We communicate - a lot. Maybe too much at times. ;)
Kollegenzusammenhalt
We work together and help each other. We constantly try to improve our working environment/communication. Everybody is very open, honest - but always in a nice way.
Work-Life-Balance
This obviously depends on your position and the workload. In general there is a good work-life-balance. Vacation is not an issue and you can also organize other appointments easily. Sometimes the workload can be high but there is always a possibility to address this.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
We have personal meetings with our superior which helps to have a good relationship and being able to address anything. It is always possible to address any issues and suggest ideas for improvements.
Interessante Aufgaben
the work is challenging and every day there are new ideas and tasks - it won't get boring.
