- Management steady maltreatment to its employees
- Constant broken promises
- Irreversible mental abuse, engineers suddenly vanishes. They are taking mental sick leaves or resigned. Company doesn't like people who resigns, they force them into immediate leave. No time for off-boarding
- Unorganized, product has been stale for a year or more, engineers running in circles trying to help but management denies time for work on technical debt
- Company retaliates on employees who goes against management
- Zero growth opportunities, zero diversity, zero trust
- More managers than engineers, you will have to act on more than one with contradicting ideas
- Extreme slow paced waterfall, with half of the product not having idea of what engineering means. Feedback on product is not welcome

Quit torturing and dissolve the entire engineering department.
Go and work with agencies, hire more of your friends.
