Nice office, but very long hours, unspoken expectation of working unpaid overtime, and toxic behaviours from management to employees. No idea how their rating is so high - I recall there were other reviews before, seems like they could have been deleted.
Work-Life-Balance
Absolutely zero. There was an unspoken rule that no one left before 19:00/19:30, and if you challenged that it wasn't acceptable. Also, don't expect to ever be able to log off. They send emails and slacks at all hours and expect responses at all hours.

There's a lot of talking behind backs and a few people were let go on the last day of their probation, or near the end of it. It seems like, in my opinion, that you can't survive here unless you're a die hard tech bro who lives and breathes to work and do nothing else.

Nice office, but miserable pressure and at times feeling of hostile work environment. Home office deemed a luxury.

Very few non-white people. In the months I was there, 7 women came and went. In my opinion, this could signal some underlying biases. But an opinion

The work itself can be considered interesting, but the workload can be so overwhelming that it doesn't really matter if it's interesting or not.
