Huge silos and friction, no career path and salary increases, absolutely no integrity, no loyalty, no appreciation, no transparency (all information is shared through grapevine), constant self-adulation. But hey, all’s fair in love and war, right.

Please stop all these discrepancies between regions and departments. Starting from salary over quota to titles and stock options. There is absolutely no common ground. Also, where is the appreciation and loyality? If some decisions for whatever reasons are being taken, please remember that demeanour and communication are equally important.

Celonis is a consummate hypocrite. They lure talents with fancy titles and false promises. However, career progression does not exist. Even high-performing employees are being sacked (after they've done their duty) as more and more executives are hired from outside the company. There is absolutely no loyalty, no integrity and no honesty in this firm. Even rationality is missing. Or how come that existing and well-running departments are dissolved and moved to other regions. But #thebestteamwins, right?
Kommunikation
Most communication is nothing but propaganda and sugarcoated PR. There is a weekly cadence in which employees get updated through both an all-hands call and founders' five bullet email. Action speaks louder than words.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are true assets and the main reason for the success of the company. It's interesting to see though how quickly people change and adapt to certain behaviours when they get promoted.
Work-Life-Balance
It's just bad. People work twice as much at half salary compared to blue chips.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Most of them are lacking managerial skills, integrity and loyalty. One of the reasons that more and more external executives are taking over.

Sole purpose of each and every job is to drive sales.

There is at least an agend point and slack channel for all sorts of diversity and equality. However, there are huge discrepancies between regions and departments.

Not so many in the books, but the ones that are with the firm are fully respected.

Pretty common. Free cereals, drinks, coffee. Hight-adjustable tables. Not much home office support.

Greenwashing at its best! The earth is our future - absolutely hypocritical. There is no intrinsic interest in this topic unless it comes together with positive PR.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Average salary at best, but without any upside. You could literally solve the Millenium Prize problems for Celonis and you might get a thank you.

There is a huge dissent in perception. Internally it's bleak, but externally Celonis is still perceived as one of the few German success stories. Question really is wether Celonis is still a German company.

There is a personal development plan. Depending on the department you can use the budget for whatever pleases you or not at all.
