Terrible culture. Stay away if "Respect" is something you value. Specially in Product and Engineering.

Total lack of respect to the employees. Many people hired in 2021 were FIRED in 2022 for no good reason, just because there were some new managers who disagreed with the previous hiring strategy.

Advices for the management I have none. They have internal engagement surveys to get this kind of feedback. My advice is for people considering joining Celonis. Stay away if you value your mental health.

All ex-employees that I met are really glad to have left. All of them mention the toxic environment, the high pressure and the disrespectful leaders.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
A culture of fear and competition. Since management does not know how to train, coach and motivate, employees have to fight hard to advance in their career. There is no sense of teamwork.
Work-Life-Balance
Managers work more than 60 hours per week and expect you to do the same. "We are a hyper-growth company, that's what we do".
