Great product with strong features, and with equal input from all employees, there is significant potential for further improvement.
High workloads, unrealistic timelines, perceived favouritism, unclear communication, and a decline in work culture have made the working environment challenging.
Reinstate the founders’ original vision, treat all employees with equal respect, eliminate perceived favouritism, and avoid gifts or events that create the impression of preferential treatment or are used to gain advantage.
Although colleagues are supportive, high workloads, shifting priorities, and perceived favouritism have made the atmosphere tense and stressful.
Employee morale has declined in recent 2 years, especially after the shift to a four-day week, despite repeated assurances in all-hands meetings, and unplanned expenses on company trips have added to frustration.
Although long hours are somewhat expected in a startup, leadership does not account for them when planning, and consistently working well beyond contracted hours without proper compensation made work–life balance very difficult.
I often felt uncertain about the reliability of information shared, which made it difficult to trust leadership communications.
Initially, the founders led with respect and the company had a positive work culture, but the new addition to the leadership has shifted focus to delivering at any cost, creating unrealistic timelines, contributing to burnout, and introducing a negative, informal work culture, alongside perceived favouritism.
Management often communicates decisions unclearly, and employee input does not always seem to be acted upon.
The salary is generally fair and in line with industry standards, but pay rises are infrequent, and ‘dry promotions’. Where more work is expected without additional compensation have become the new normal.
Colleagues are open and friendly, and try to help, although in the last year they have been heavily overloaded and are on the verge of burnout.
Lack of transparency in management processes, nepotism, unwillingness to hear alternative opinions.
Decide what you want before you set goals for your employees
A great team of colleagues who, unfortunately, are leaving the company
It's a startup. Therefore, the number of tasks multiplies the number of working hours.
The favorite motivation tool is dry promotion, which means more work for the same money.
The decisions of the management are unclear, the directions of work can change, which is why the employee experiences frustration and a feeling of meaningless work
The head management does not want to listen to the employees, despite formal assurances to the contrary.
I got the impression that the company underpays me based on the amount of work I do and the number of tasks
Some employees enjoy a privileged position with management, which leads to bias in decision making
Flexibility and respect. Environment is not toxic and they are supportive in most cases.
I feel that people often hit overtimes and that's not compensated with salary at least.
I think compensation packages should be reviewed according to workload.
I would say lot of learning but don't expect any promotion/raise
I felt underpaid compared to my contribution and workload
I was lucky enough to start as a working student and grow into my current role within the company. If you're looking for a work-life balance and an environment where you can be yourself while still being challenged, this is the place for you!
I can't think of any bad things to say about this company. They're really working hard to improve their processes, which is great.
None
The company is a really great place to work — the atmosphere is fun and casual, but still professional. Everyone here is extremely friendly, and there's always something going on at the office (like parties or team events).
I think the company is doing a great job in providing opportunities for growth within the company.
The team is just amazing. Everyone was so supportive, and it was easy to get my work done. I loved how productive everyone was!
I love the flexibility of the work from the office or remotely. I think it is a huge plus that we are able to use the latest equipment, like MacBook Pro or an Apple headset.
Equality is one of the company's values. They don't just put it on paper and forget about it — they actually do everything they can to promote this value in the everyday lives of their employees.
Aufbruchstimmung, flache Hierarchien, super kreativ, tolles Team.
Nix
Keine - einfach weiter so. Celus hat eine tolle Lösung und die Kunden finden das auch.
...Start-Up halt ;-)
I like the awesome sprint and great ambition the company and team share.
The team is sometimes has a little bit too much perfectionism.
I am very happy how it currently is
