Address the capacity issues of multiple teams in IT and development rather than always pouring money to sales people. Last time I checked, this is still a technologie company, no?

Pay is very low compared to other technology companies in Munich. There is NO benefits at all except discounted gympass account.

They are trying but it is surprising that team leads and management are working on tasks which are for engineers and architects.
