There was a rough patch in the past but it seems to me that the management is truly working on getting the company to the next level.

Management is really interested in feedback and also talks openly about given feedback - not just good feedback but also bad. Possibilities for change are also openly discussed. I have never experienced before in any other company, that feedback was not only received but actually talked about and worked with.
