They destroy the happiness and moral of employees by treating them like "objects".
Employees are not asked for any decision that happens in the company. They just have to accept anything what management decides.
As long you are quiet and work (unpaid) overtime you are good.

Stop pretending that everything is good, it's not.
IT desperately needs managers & team leads with experience in the field as leader. Give the current Team Leads also some Trainings or Leadership Workshops..
Unfortunately, HR cannot take off the rose-colored glasses or is not willing to accept that IT needs drastic changes

They don't listen, they don't act, only what counts is saving money and cheap employees

Not really a thing, some managers think they are god and doesn't share knowledge because they are scared to be replaced. Sad place

There are not many left. Most old employees got kicked out in corona time

Very low salary's compared to other company's in Munich. Also they are NO benefits at all.
