At least pay the transport tickets for the apprentices like every other company does it.
Do not exploit the apprentices, they are not a substitute for an employee, they are students and you are the teachers.
Tables and chairs are very uncomfortable and old.
Because of the old carpet you regularly get electric shocks on the equipment.
Not really any i can think of. You could hope to be a team lead in 3-4 years but thats about it.
You come at 09:00 and go at 18:00, thats about it.
If you finish your work faster you will just get more work till 18:00. So don't rush, no one say's thank you or anything.

Mostly always the same activities, because there is no plan for the apprentices. Then there is the "Innendienst", where you have to refill coffee, sugar, milk in the kitchens.
Apprentices are often used by other departments and employees for things they do not want to do themselves (Carrying packages, clearing out the warehouse, setting up furniture, changing light bulbs, changing locks on the doors or doing secretary work because they don't have enough people).
From other apprentices good but mostly you are treated like a third class person

Die Mitarbeiter hier sind alle sehr freundlich und höflich. Es macht Spaß in solch einem Umfeld zu arbeiten
Die Arbeitszeit legt man selber fest, an die man sich halten muss. Veränderungswünsche werden fast immer durchgesetzt

Olaf Beyer ist ein sehr gute Ausbilder, der sich auch die zeit für seine Auszubildende nimmt und auf Fragen genau eingeht.
