Without any false frustration, there is nothing left to sugarcoat here. Throwing competent people out before Christmas and throwing them in the trash like a cold pizza with rotten cheese shows subterranean social skills

Throwing people out onto the street who have committed themselves to the company and are competent knowledge carriers is certainly not the right strategy to help the company succeed.

There is a certain method to the inadequate, and at times intentionally sparse, communication towards the workforce. Employees are given the impression that everything is fine, while the next wave of layoffs is being initiated in the background.
