Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I had a very nice experience with my internalational colleagues and as my boss was German, I enjoyed working there and learnt a lot.
My boss went on maternity leave and the new boss was moning me. A few times she told me :it is not your job to think, but to do what I say. We went to HR with problems and they were just on her side without ever listening to me. I had a great performance review before and no complaints. They offered me to leave the company with mutual consent, which I accepted. After four years working in the helathy environment I realised how bullied I was and this HR partner is still working there in a higher position without any knowledge making me talk about it.
