There are departments that run very well due to capable supervisors. The sense of work to make a change to patients life makes you get up every morning.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
American hire and fire mentality. Employees are fired under the pretext of redundancy while new employees from the network of the management are hired in the background. Social plans are not adhered to. There is a high general fluctuation. For the size of the company, there is a huge pool of board members and supervisors. Employees who do not dance to the CEO´s tune are worn down or getting fired. It is pretended to be transparent and to give something to the employees but this is more appearance than reality. This all leads to great insecurity and fear.
