Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I don't think I could list everything here. In general, I would summarise it like this. Open feedback culture, flat hierarchies, transparent and appreciative communication, each of them is equally challenged and encouraged. The unique corporate culture is simply terrific. Every day you notice that the values of the company (humanity, responsibility, appreciation, team spirit...) are actively lived. You enjoy a high degree of freedom and personal responsibility, and a lot of trust is placed in you. Criticism is openly voiced and identified negative points are also addressed. I look forward to my work every single day!
