Treat employees with respect, just as you would expect in return. You absolutely need to work on your communication. Perhaps Cinemo can turn things around if changes are made at the management level once again.
Economically, Cinemo is no longer a stable employer, which led to a large wave of layoffs. It is a real shame because the CEO is genuinely great, but in my view, he has poor advisors around him and the social plan is bad.Personnel decisions are being made based more on the personal preferences of the decision-makers. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend working there. Perhaps things will change if a few people in leadership positions are replaced.

Still a fair bit of hierarchy. I would've loved to be more involved when discussions about my futur in the company came up (as a working student at the end of their degree).
They offer various trainings in theory, whether you have enough time to do any in relaity depends on your work load.
