I was disappointed by parts of the management and the way personnel were treated during crisis situations. It was a typical American-style layoff. What a pity

Treat employees with respect, just as you would expect in return. You absolutely need to work on your communication. Perhaps Cinemo can turn things around if changes are made at the management level once again.
