Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
It seems money and cost efficiency does not matter often because of recent funding rounds and easy deals because of the Datev Partnership. This leads to many expensive events, not much pressure and no personal KPI. It's easy to chill and feel good during work but I just don't think that this is sustainable.
