See above. There isn’t really anything strikingly negative/ suboptimal. I am actively recommending Circula at a place to work, learn and develop.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The office could be improved but they’re working on that ;). My last point of reference is July 2020.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Overall a great athmosphere. Everyone gets along very well. Only four stars because work can be hard and stressful at times which of course affects the overall athmosphere. Every employee counts and your role matters :)
Kommunikation
Transparency of management is key here. They try to be as proactive with employees as possible. If there is anything you want to know or discuss, they are more than happy to do so :)
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I can only speak for sales colleagues here but they are supporting each other to accomplish your goals and learn. The commitment here is really on the company’s success overall.
Work-Life-Balance
As I perceived it, no one forces or expects you to work more than at any other job. I preferred to work a little bit more but that’s on me. Weekly/monthly team events.
Besides that, I was able to work a second job (not daily, but that only shows that management respects your personal life.)
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Open, respectful, try to enable you to do your best job. Besides that, founders and Head-Of’s are extremely supportive and always willing to talk about everything.
Interessante Aufgaben
It’s a startup. There are always interesting activities as long as you are trying improve or widen the scope of your activities which is highly appreciated. Given that it’s a young company and no one is an expert in everything, you can reinvent processes and the status quo. Sounds interesting enough to me.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
What can I say? The fixed part is slightly higher that usual but in sales you’re responsible for your salary. You do well, you get compensated well. It’s as easy as that.

Not (yet) a household brand but people who know the industry will recognize Circula as the most reliable, customer-oriented company.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I was somewhat surprised about how much Circula invests in the development of its employees. I did not expect that level of support but they are trying to provide the based foundation for your personal and professional growth, for both interns and full time employees. If you know what you want to learn, you will have the chance to communicate that and figure out with management how to realize that.
