I think this has declined. I'm a bit uncomfortable being associated with the company at this point.

Mostly you are just expected to stay put. If you want to progress in your career, you have to do your old job at the same time as your new one for at least a year.

We haven’t received this type of feedback in this form before, as we put a strong focus on fair and transparent performance cycles and processes.
