Well, at least I can comment about pre sales department, i was starting my work at 8.15 in the morning and finishing at 5.30 pm with having lunch at the table as no one in Team us taking an exclusive lunch break. Every day they had a inter department and Team Meeting promoting a culture of Micro Management.


In my opinion communication was good as HR was quick enough to block my account within few minutes as soon as I was told to leave. After joining the company within 4 weeks i was told that might be you are searching for another job and we will look another couple of weeks for your performance. In my career I have never seen a new joining Employee delivering 100 percent without a Single error.


In the Team they were quick enough to answer and parallely also gossiping behind the back about pointing the mistake. No transparent communication within the Team.


Sorry but in my expereince one Person is doing the work of 4 people comparable to a bigger company.


My Team Manager was lacking experience. As the company Promotes people with Ausbildung who do not have any any university degrees. I was expecting a Manager who was promoting me not someone who pointed out mistakes at every task which I did. For me it was a toxic enviornment. For others it could be perfect so it depends on individual mindest.

Interessante Aufgaben

Task were interesting but there were not processes in place. Example in bigger company you have different persons who is designing solution, Analysing technical and solitionr requirements doing cross selling, leading Bids, writing offers, designing templates but here you are the only one.


I can not comment about that.

Dear reviewer,

the dismissal took place during the probationary period and obviously it was not a good fit for both parties, so it was the right decision to terminate the employment relationship.

Sometimes it just doesn't work out, which we of course very much regret, because it is always a great effort for everyone involved to fill a position or find a new one.

However, we have to disagree at one point, because the team leader in question does have a degree and management experience. But that's just a side note.
