Instead of rigid hierarchies everyone here works at eye level, which I really appreciate. The team is very fun to work with, which is one of the biggest motivators in my job :)

Since it is an open-plan office, it can sometimes get a bit noisy. However, there is always the possibility of working from home, depending on where you can work better.
The office is friendly and bright, there is a large kitchen where you can have lunch together.
The work equipment is up to date and if something is missing, it is taken care of immediately.
