Professional and Relaxed as well
Highly Flexible
I really like that it’s a small company, which means ideas can be implemented quickly. The teams work very closely together, so you get insight into every department. They also put a lot of effort into team building through in person meetings, team-building activities, workshops, etc. The recruitment process was quite smooth, which I appreciated. This is definitely a company I would recommend!
The working atmosphere is relaxed, allowing me to concentrate on my tasks without unnecessary pressure.
Flexible working hours and the option to work from home contribute greatly to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Salaries and benefits are competitive and reflect the industry standards.
Colleagues are collaborative and always willing to help, which creates a supportive and productive environment.
One of the strongest aspects of the company is its leadership. The SLT is highly experienced and professional, yet approachable and always willing to share their knowledge with new team members.
Communication is transparent, which is a crucial factor in any workplace and something that has become increasingly rare today.
Since the company is relatively small, new ideas are really encouraged and can be put into action pretty fast. It feels great to know that your suggestions actually make a difference and that you can contribute in a meaningful way.
GREAT team - super welcoming & really diverse, makes for a really interesting working environment.
The company puts good emphasis on work life balance which has been refreshing to see.
Great engaging team
Super diverse team - not a tick box exercise!
I enjoy working at Clariness. The culture is positive and supportive. Everyone is approachable, from the leadership team to colleagues, and there’s a real sense of collaboration. The work itself is both interesting and meaningful. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone looking for a fulfilling place to work.
Da muss man echt lachen. Es gibt sehr viele unbezahlte Überstunden. Viele sind nach 18 Uhr noch am Schreibtisch.
Siehe oben.
Das macht was her.
A lot of effort for employee satisfaction, e.g. Udemy, training budget, afterwork events or lunch invitations, workshops. All of that is very much appreciated :)
Too many workarounds, which cause a very high workload.
Processes and tools still need to be implemented in order to make our work more efficient - the company is already working on that with a high priority. Clear guidelines in favour of working remotely in foreign countries would be nice. And more office dogs ;)
It feels good to be surrounded by so many hard-working, focused and driven colleagues
The work load is quite high but working hours are still flexible, remote work is possible
Can't complain
Oat milk is available :)
A very great team, everyone is super helpful across departments
Quite a young team
Weekly 1:1, open-door policy, good culture of constructive criticism
Facilities are well equipped, unfortunately not enough 1 desk/meeting rooms and it get's really noisy when multiple people are on calls
Very open and honest communication, monthly townhall meetings help to get a good understanding of where the company stands
Good balance between female and male leaders
Option to work remote / home working options
international team, english is company language (good employer for expats)
It seems to be roughed out, kind a extemporary for a 17 years old company
Seems to be laid out for exit
Nice colleagues, hands-on mentality
Understaffed. No timekeeping (trust-based working hours) no overtime averaging. Long hours
Option to do udemy classes
You wanna grow? Change company
okay. But no extras to expect like eg occupational penaion, official cellphone, job ticket, fruit basket …
27 days vacation for German employees (non-negotiable)
No equalization payments
No part of their identity
Family atmosphere between colleagues in the offices. Almost everyone goes out of their way to be helpful
not so many, more working students
Nice folks, but not everyone is made a leader
No extras to expect. At the end is a factorship not a wellness farm
A lot of ticketing which can lead to miscommunication
Not so many people pick up phone and talk to each other
Depends on role
Instead of rigid hierarchies everyone here works at eye level, which I really appreciate. The team is very fun to work with, which is one of the biggest motivators in my job :)
You feel very welcome right from the start and the onboarding is super structured.
Very flexible working hours. If you want to finish earlier, you just start earlier - as long as you discuss it in your team, it's no problem at all.
There are a lot of projects, which means a lot of stress at times. But the company sees this and reacts to it, for example with new job postings. Vacation can be requested easily.
My colleagues are super nice and it's fun to work here. You know that you can always turn to someone if you have any questions.
absolutely open communication and feedback, employees are always included and you feel very valued.
Since it is an open-plan office, it can sometimes get a bit noisy. However, there is always the possibility of working from home, depending on where you can work better.
The office is friendly and bright, there is a large kitchen where you can have lunch together.
The work equipment is up to date and if something is missing, it is taken care of immediately.
Open and transparent communication is valued a lot.
As far as I can tell, all employees are treated equally. The company is very committed and progressive in terms of diversity.
Very varied and exciting tasks, you learn something new every day. You can set your own goals, depending on what you want to focus on. There is a lot of emphasis on developing yourself. The work is simply fun :)
Alter spiegelt gar keine Rolle (im positiven Sinne)
Sehr regelmäßige Meetings auf allen Ebenen
So verdient kununu Geld.
