I learnt a lot
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Loved staff events such as escape rooms and pilates. Thanks for everything I was able to learn there
Arbeitsatmosphäre
There were a lot of great people working together and supporting each other and especially helping the children growing to be smart and friendly
Work-Life-Balance
You have over hours which you can take. You just have to make sure, you informed everyone who needs to know. Also you have 32 days of vacation
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I personally had great colleagues in my group and enjoyed working with everyone. In between the double groups it was mostly good too.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The management was good most of the time but and the CEOs are nice but can be very demanding and sometimes a bit much.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Every group is well equipped with laptop, tablet and smartphone. The rooms are great and the staffroom comfortable.
Kommunikation
We got tons of information from the office and the communication between the colleagues was great too
Interessante Aufgaben
I learnt a lot about professional education in Germany, which it is. It's a very professional and caring environment in this kindergarten where the focus is on the children and how to prepare them for school and life. You can decide what and how you want to teach the children. You just focus on the different subjects which are mandatory and help you structure everything.
