There is a set of rules and beliefs which you have to endorse. Basically a very specific way of how you have to be and to speak. It's a matter of taste and difficult to deal with if it is not your style.

Everyone is friedly, but competition amongst colleagues also exists.
I've experienced male colleagues making fun of female colleagues, especially about what they are wearing.

There are few good managers, but micromanagement is also a thing and quite unpleasant.
Feedback is unidirectional. The feedback you are given needs to be taken seriously, the feedback you give is seldomly addressed.

The office is nice and well equipped.

You have to tell everything, but you are not told everything.
Gleichberechtigung
As mentioned before, I've experienced male colleagues making fun of female colleagues.
