There's literally nothing I'd consider "bad" - for me it was just time to get out of my comfort zone again and look for another adventure.
Only issue over the last few weeks/months of my time was that the sales team was a little bit understaffed. But as usually this was adressed by colleagues and is taken care of - I'm sure they're hiring support for their sales team at the moment.

Height-adjustable desks in the Berlin office would be terrific. Besides that I can't think of any suggestions right now.
Some support for the sales team would be needed, but I am absolutely sure you're already on it.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The company name says it all. Collaboration is in this company's DNA. Colleagues enjoy helping each other and working in teams, both internally and externally with clients. There is a pleasant working atmosphere in which everyone supports each other (both colleagues and supervisors) and mistakes are seen as opportunities to improve and grow together.
Kommunikation
During my time at the company, there was a situation in which something from the executive level was not communicated well, which caused some discontent at the time (about two years ago, I don't even remember what is was specifically).
However, this was taken kindly as criticism by all supervisors and forwarded to the highest levels. Since then, there have been no further incidents of company matters not being communicated transparently and clearly. Both successes and crises are communicated well, so that everyone in the company (from regular employees to managers to executives) is sufficiently informed about what is happening in the company and everyone is ideally on board.
It was a mayor indicator for me, personally, that issues are taken seriously here and that the company constantly tries to improve itself. I appreciated that a lot. Your voice matters.

Work-Life-Balance
Work-Life-Balance is taken seriously.
Of course you can work overtime (and sometimes in early-stage careers have to if the customer projects requires it), but it is compensated fairly and equally.
In the case of personal issues (family-related, health-related), the company takes care to ensure that colleagues are well and that no one has to suffer from e.g. mental health issues (there is a support system like an EAP, that can be contacted in case of such problems).
There are regular meetings to ensure employees are doing well professionally and personally. You can adress your issues easily since colleagues and supervisors are very approachable.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Over the course of my three years here I have worked with several supervisors. Every single one of them was a great person and a great leader. Kudos to all of them and to HR for hiring such competent people.
They lead by example with their skill and likable manner.
Interessante Aufgaben
Overall it is good. Since it is a consulting business it is not always given that you'll get a customer project that suits your expectations 100% BUT the company does its best to meet your expectations and that matters the most in my opinion. Most of my customer projects were interesting, only 1 or 2 were not exactly what I was looking for. Internal work has to be done anyways even if it's not the most interesting stuff.
If not working with a customer it might be that employees need to do some side-tasks for internal purposes that are not exactly the most exciting tasks but that's part of the game to level up as a team and as a company.
Gleichberechtigung
The way I see it there is a fairly balanced mix of men and women and ethnicities in the company (considering that I worked in the IT department where it is usually an extremely men-heavy domain).
Diversity is recognized as an important issue, and surveys have been conducted to gauge satisfaction in this regard. The company appears to be committed to this topic.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There aren't many older colleagues, I would guess the "oldest" are in their 40s - doesn't really matter anyways because everyone is treated equally in my opinion.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The company has a budget for equipment to work from home (laptop, mobile phone, monitor are provided) and you can get extra equipment from a budget after approval which is fair and has never caused any problems during my time.
The Berlin office is nice and has a lot of charme but could need some minor improvements like height-adjustable desks.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
I believe the mindset is definitely there - we even have an entire community on the topic of sustainability that educates all colleagues on this topic.
What the company does besides that I don't know.
I'm giving 4 stars because I assume there is (always) room for improvement but it's already doing quite good I think.

Good, average compensation for my career stage. The benefits are good and very practical.

I think it's good. It's not one of the most famous consulting companies in the world but customers trust our brand and repeatedly like to work with us, so the reputation seems to be very good.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
It's great! There are very clear career progression paths as usual, except for the fact that your career path is called "Evolution". It lays focus on you as a person, with your interests and desires on where you want to go (what certifications you want to do, what career path you want to follow etc.).
This whole topic of "Evolution" is one of the core pillars of the company and part of the identity which is one of the greatest things if you ask me.
