HR asked to give feedback on kununu, so here we go: over the last few months almost 20 people resigned, not only from one department, from various teams. no action from the management has been taken, instead we were asked what we wanted, in order to keep us. But the vibes are not very positive in general, so it’s obvious that no one is happy. Goals were set way to high and we’re not adapted. there is no strategy or support on how targets will be achieved. There’s no monetary compensation, instead you get fresh fruits, free booze & monthly office parties...

Lack of communication from the management to the line staff. You’ll find out about the news from colleagues during the lunch or in the washroom.

Tasks repeat on a daily basis. There is not much variety.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
They introduce us to a career and training model in Jan, but haven’t launched anything until now. Not much opportunity to grow, you’re on the same level as new joiners, who just finished university.
