Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Big focus on company culture and values, it made me think they value you more for who you are as a human being, not your skills and experience.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Had a chance to join company being able to visit main office, there's a calm friendly atmosphere
Kommunikation
Both on office and via internal communication/meetings people are eager to chat or help with onboarding
Arbeitsbedingungen
I got very decent work equipment, and overall to my understanding it's the rule of thumb that you should receive sufficient tools for your work.
