If you are from a third-world country and badly need a visa to Europe, I think this company would be a good choice for you - they import a lot of people to fill roles in IT.
Also if you are someone who just searches for a cosy, non-demanding, low-key job, this might be a good fit.
I spent 5 days there and was fired. Explanation: "I don't match". It was rather a shock - I was giving my very best and received several Top Perfomer awards in my previous job. The one week was terrible too - I wasn't given any tasks to do. My colleague told me she won't give me the tasks she's doing because they were "too boring", while my supervisor explained my role "would clear up in the coming months" - so I was sitting there having absolutely nothing to do. I still have no idea why I was even hired - my team didn't seem very busy at all, rather the opposite. Looking back I can say if you are an ambitious, motivated individual this is definitely not a place for you. I wouldn't recommend it also because the danger of randomly getting fired. Afterwards, not a single colleague reached out to me, even though everyone seemed nice when I worked there - this says something about the team situation. Regarding diversity, I haven't noticed any older colleagues, max age is approx. 35. The C-team consists of several white male Germans, but this old-fashioned style is not uncommon for other German companies as well. From perspective, I am very happy to be out.
The fish rots from the head. I don't see much that can be done. The management would need to be exchanged, professionals hired in key roles, more international diversity and professionalism in management level and all departments. A the moment this company is small, insignificant, and very German in style.
And the company location is really bad - very difficult to reach with public transportation.
Oh and a last one - be more decent, don't interview candidates for the position of a person who hasn't even been fired yet, as it was in my case.
Die Kollegen im Berliner Büro sowie im Münchener Hauptsitz sind alle sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein sehr angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld, wo man sich wohlfühlt und motiviert ist.
Super Arbeitgeber! Die Kollegen sind toll, es herrscht eine außergewöhnlich gute und kooperative Arbeitsatmosphäre. Das Unternehmen ist menschlich und legt großen Wert auf eine gute Work-Life Balance. Diversity wird gelebt, ohne es aussprechen zu müssen. Respektvoller, toleranter Umgang untereinander, tolle Teamevents, super Office, extrem gute Leute vor allem unter den Developern.
Kann man auf jeden Fall zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!
Das Unternehmen muss mehr Personalentwicklung machen, haben das aber erkannt und arbeiten daran.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Aber nicht nur nett, sondern auch bereit, Konflikte offen anzusprechen.
Naja, das Image ist natürlich noch ausbaufähig. Aber mit den Kollegen zusammenzuarbeiten ist schon cool.
Nicht die Arbeitszeit zählt, sondern das Ergebnis.
Mit 46 bin ich ein "älterer Kollege" und ich fühle mich voll akzeptiert.
