Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The colleagues and teams were great, but almost all are gone one way or another.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Lack of transparency, wrong people in leading roles, ignorance of real potential, atmosphere of mistrust.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Almost no one is left, lots of people left or have been let go. Some years ago this had real potential, but slow improvements, lying "top management" and strange decisions made any success impossible.
