From Startup Vibes to Firefighting Mode
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
In the beginning, it was actually pretty good. Solid setup, nice people, it felt like “this could really become something.”
But over time, things shifted. The good people started leaving, the atmosphere became increasingly tense and negative, and it turned into more of an “everyone just protects their own seat” environment.
Giving feedback? Tricky. If you’re too honest or raise uncomfortable topics, you’re more likely to put your own position at risk than to see anything actually improve.
What bothered me the most was how people were treated when they left. Even long-term employees were sometimes handled like just another ticket to close. At some point, it felt like the human aspect just didn’t matter anymore.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Fear of consequences leads many people to just “push through” instead of trying to improve things. It feels like a permanent firefighting mode by now. Little trust, a lot of internal politics.
Kommunikation
There’s a lack of transparency: decisions aren’t explained, they’re simply announced.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Management comes across as overwhelmed or inconsistent. A lot of pressure downward, very little ownership upward.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Priorities keep shifting constantly, with endless context switching.
Gehalt/Benefits
No salary growth, no career development, and a lack of appreciation
