Es gibt hier und da Kleinigkeiten die mit den typischen Startup Stallgeruch haben. Ich bin aber zuversichtlich, dass diese sich zeitnah erledigen werden. Wir arbeiten dran.

Supersonic growth means a lot of change in a short period of time. This goes hand in hand with everything being super exciting but also the occasional chaos. Most departments are understaffed and there's a lack of strategy and implemented processes.
we need more structure, more strategy. We've been growing so fast, that most departments fail to catch up organization wise.
There is no lack of praise and recognition, the superiors try very hard to ensure that the employees feel comfortable and have recognized that satisfaction and fun at work are decisive for employee satisfaction.
everyone can arrange their working hours freely, which requires a certain amount of self-discipline, but gives everyone the freedom to harmonize their everyday life with their working hours.

despite everyone works remotely, with weekly company calls and regular department calls, in my opinion no one feels lonely. and company events like meet ups in the stuttgart office or meet ups where the entire company goes on working-vacation together in different locations is just awesome
we are an overall young company but dealing with older colleagues is no different than dealing with younger ones
