Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There was a huge drift since 2020. Management changed, expectations changed and so changed the working spirit. Mood and motivation completely dropped for many people and team leads were apparently not interested in keeping their people; because there was just more and more criticism and much pressure to perform better than before. Also, suddenly apparently being "Senior" apparently did not mean any longer that you are entitled to your own opinion because only "Principle" and higher (so basically management) all of a sudden hold the key to wisdom and everyone was else just there to do as told.
