Once upon a time ...
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Free drinks in the office.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Available tasks. Salary. Transparency in new projects. Time pressure. Superiors' behavior.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Rejuvenation and diversification of the management team. More open communication. More even workload distribution among employees. Something urgently needs to be done about personnel development.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Working environment a little outdated. The open-plan office at one location is noisy, has no air conditioning, and is scorching hot in summer. Working with colleagues mostly positive. Managers tend to be discreetly reserved when it comes to concrete involvement.
Image
Widely unknown. Somewhat better known in travel management.
Work-Life-Balance
In theory, yes. In practice, however, difficult to achieve.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Unfortunately too small for a career. Further training possible on request. However, there is no uniform framework.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Good. Friendly colleagues.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Sometimes overwhelmed. Friendly during the recruiting process, but later increasingly hierarchical/dogmatic. Couldn't be less integrity. Unfortunately, there is a lack of appreciation.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Mixed: I liked the home office policy. It could be better, for example, if qualifications were taken into account when assigning tasks, setting deadlines, or ensuring transparency in decision-making processes.
Kommunikation
Established communication channels. Meetings often tough and quiet. Information sometimes reaches employees late and is contradictory. Management level inconsistent. Would have liked more authenticity, openness, and a more open and engaging approach.
Gehalt/Benefits
Rather below average. Performance-based fairness not comprehensible. Once upon a time it may have been a star. Today, only a poor dog left.
Gleichberechtigung
No woman has made it to a management position yet.
Interessante Aufgaben
During the application process, it was sold as more promising and innovative than it actually was. Not innovative enough. Topics tend to be from the “good old days.”
