There should be transparent way of assigning works to the employees. In case the bonus are not part of the system anymore, new people should not be recruited given that promise. The time people sit idle having no work to do should be reduced so that people are not bored to be at the office and think of walking out because there is no work to do. And it also gives room for people to work on their own projects and never concentrating on the work at the company.
Gehalt/Benefits
The benefits would never match anything that was promised during the interview. I was promised that I would be on a project after 3 to 4 months and start getting the benefits as bonus, but all this just remains a story.

A few senior colleagues fail to distribute tasks and the Variabl pay makes it highly difficult for less senior and junior employees to get work

The managers fail to look into the problems of the colleagues. They also fail to understand the stark points and weak points of the people in their team.

The work planning is never transparent. The managers do not communicate opinions directly. There is always something hidden behind which as an employee you are never knowing.
