Provide more development opportunities and clearly
communicate expectations for promotions. Whenever I raised the question, no clear answer could be provided making it very hard to focus in a particular direction. Pay your employees fairly if you want to reduce fluctuations and skill drain.

Started out quite bad, at the end of my time it had progressed to not great but acceptable. Huge variations between groups.

Leadership positions are blocked, external trainings rarely happen. As a plus, I had the impression that internal training opportunities are slowly but steadily increasing.

My personal opinion: extensive controlling, every single working hour has to be booked on a project or task. You have to meet strict quotas.
