Kommunikation
I would say there is established good communication process. Periodically are organised meetings, where the future plans, current state of the firm and results are discussed. Internal department meetings are regular.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
In the department where I worked I can say only superlatives. It is a team work, people work together in order to find a good solution in a professional way.
Work-Life-Balance
It is a "vertrauensarbeitszeit", I would say last years a way more flexible with home office. It is a place with very good work-life balance, it is in general a firm culture to respect the working hours and not work out of it.
Interessante Aufgaben
I can estimate my work as interesting and it is one of the reason I spend years in Eurofactor.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The offices are separate rooms, with not much people in it. It is much better than open space place, as it is quiet and not busy around you. The firm invest also in new laptops, screens, and not only...
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary is always on time. Additionally to the salary there are food checks on a monthly basis. The firm also partially sponsor sport activities (like fitness cards). Before Covid there were regular firm events.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The firm culture is to give the possibility of employees a choice to change departments at some point of the working life, if they are interested in. It is also possible to take additional courses or certificates.
