Dass die Freiräume, Eigenverantwortung und der faire Umgang so gut ankommt freut uns sehr. Und auch wenn die Formulierung vielleicht etwas hart klingt, verstehe ich was Du meinst. Nur Teamplayer werden sich auf Dauer bei uns halten, da ein gutes Miteinander bei uns einen hohen Stellenwert genießt. Das bedeutet auch, sich nicht auf Kosten anderer auszuruhen. :-)

Everyone is entrusted to simply get on with delivering the best they can with no micro-management. This allows for a great sense of accountability, focus and commitment. Allowing to also look after on what many only talk about, Mental health and physical well being.
