It is incredible loud in the office. In the winter it was very warm. in the summer the air conditioner freezes the office

Thank you for your rating. It's a shame that you experienced Cybex in this way. We conduct regular employee appraisals in order to receive feedback but also to identify training needs. In this way, we make an important contribution to the well-being and loyalty of our employees. The fact that the average length of service is quite low is also due to our rapid growth: Cybex is growing at a double-digit rate every year and is constantly hiring new employees. And finally, we thrive on innovation: we launch several new and improved products on the market every year. These are the result of creative exchange within the teams, so I can only underline the comment "improvements are never made from one person".
