The department in Munich has a relatively young average age, with fewer 'older' colleagues. However, everyone is respectful, regardless of age, creating a harmonious atmosphere overall.

The hardware is adequate, although not as impressive as what you might find in some young companies equipped with Macbook Pros & Apple TVs in each office. The office itself is decent, situated in an okay location, but offers a really nice view. The coffee is average

Perceptions on Kununu might suggest more then just room for improvement. However, the company is actively addressing issues and implementing new ideas for change, showing promising initial results. But this could and should happen at a faster pace, for sure.
Considering the company's history and future prospects, it holds untapped potential yet to be fully realized.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The company and line managers support employee development. Employees are encouraged to make the most of it and are actively assisted in finding the most meaningful path for their growth within the company. Personally, I haven't encountered any unjustified rejection of development requests.
However, the process could benefit from better organization and communication. Currently, it feels like the responsibility for driving individual development lies mostly with the employees, rather than having transparent support and information from HR in a centralized manner.
