Overall, very good, thanks to the fantastic team spirit (especially in E-Commerce & D2C). Colleagues are always helpful, actively driving after-work activities as well.

Trustworthy and transparent communication from direct supervisors and at the team lead level, coupled with regular meetings (team check-ins, quarterly meetings, book-your-CEO&CFO, etc). However, communication regarding decisions from top management in daily business could be improved.
