I like the atmosphere very much and I feel appreciated by everyone.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Everyone is very friendly and gives you the feeling that you can ask if you have any questions
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everyone helps everybody
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My Team Lead is very communicative and asks for my opinion if decision impact my work load or times
Arbeitsbedingungen
As the number of employees increases the office space becomes more crowded. This will get better when the head quarter has moved to the new building
Gleichberechtigung
CYTENA's employees are diverse.
Interessante Aufgaben
I'm working on interesting tasks. When I wanted to change/add tasks my team lead took that into account. I was trusted to work independently very fast.
Of course I also do repetitive tasks sometimes, but I think the amount of time spend on these is appropriate.
