Very good communication with HRs, Good employee engagement initiatives( Like trips, team lunch etc. )
Less yearly salary increments even for good performing employees. Less encouragement for promoting eligible employees to higher roles, when they are engaged in a project.
Please motivate employees who are interested to progress higher positions especially people who upskill themselves and are hungry to contribute for higher roles.
Yearly increments are very difficult to get. So recommend to get good salary when you join.
The HR and sales teams are highly responsive and flexible, making the work environment smooth. The company also offers excellent incentives and benefits to employees, adding to the overall positive experience.

yes, for internationals I really recommend due to their excellent relocation package.
They have good customers too.
They also work with top customer on internal projects.
the overtime payment and vacation 1 month late refund :)
I did not get why they postpone the payment of vacation 1 month after leaving. Maybe 1 or 2 weeks should be good.
Overtime payment not good, it is about 50% normal hourly rate
followup and clear plan from their side
I hear it from other colleagues by customer when I say from Da Vinci, they respond "Da Vinci is luxurious"
Also when I see other internationals struggle with rent and blue card, I remember how Da Vinci never let go until all issue closed.
as mentioned before regarding company parties, also for my vacation/flextime, their always precondition is customer and approval (never got rejection outside of that)
Sadly as I mentioned before I got hired by customer, but from their package I expect the best from them
I remember during my salary discussion with my chief about salary, she gave me more than what i asked and she said in words "we want you to be happy when you come to Germany"
yep, 2 times per year party + JP Morgan, and more ;)
with HR, IT, travelexpenses team, all went good (I worked fully by customer, btw)
Not sure, I am lucky, mine mine were super friendly and responsive to my requests (whatsapp/email/phone). Thanks Lorraine/Atefe ;)
As I was fully by customer, I got subscribed by them for German course.
all communication channels look working well for them
as an international, it was good to see being treated same as other colleagues.
PS: I hate that kind of company which overtreat their internationals under the "inclusion" umbrella...
I was consultant by customer and it was interesting... got hired by customer already
For me the top two:
Friendly and welcome team specially important when moving from abroad; Paid extra hours
Location, customers/projects, friendliness of everyone (du mentality)
Tarifvertrag, they care about money and profit more than the employee, no flexibility whatsoever, no proper appreciation
Stop the “salami tactics” and be transparent. Care more about your employees (specifically the hard working ones at your customers) and show them some appreciation … they are not just money making machines for you! (the pasta boxes at the end of the year are nice gesture, but you can keep them if that would help to be treated more fairly)
Stop using loopholes to tray to scam the employees out of their earned money, and show flexibility when possible
Good reputation and works with big companies as customers. You won’t learn about the hidden frack part, unless you speak to an employee (ANÜ or VWT)
Only had trainings in the first year because I needed them for my work (they were required from the customer not me), and even then, I was supposed to sign a contract saying that I will pay back the costs if I leave the company within one year!
They say you have a budget for Weiterbildung, but I never got anything despite asking
Profit oriented. They don’t care about the employee being at a disadvantage
DaVinci Engineering has a Tarifvertrag which is a complete joke! I believe they only have it because it allows them to get out paying more in certain cases. When I got my contract I was told the salary has to be divided into two parts because of the Tarifvertrag. That was fine as at the end I got what I asked for, but what they didn’t explain was that this split will mean I will get less salary later! When working overtime you have the option to payout the extra hours, in my case though, I got 60 cent on the euro for those hours and DaVinci „stole“ the rest claiming it is so in the Tarifvertrag and they can’t change it. Not only that. With this „Tarifvertrag“ they were able to use loopholes in the law to avoid paying the ANÜ employees more according to the (equal-pay law).
Basically you get what you ask for in the beginning (specifically if you are hired for an ANÜ position), but you could get scr*wed down the road.
To be fair: Salary was increased after a year, but the increase was a total joke! when it comes to money: you are always at a disadvantage with DaVinci and won’t get what you really deserve
DaVinci is an Entwicklungs- and Personaldienstleister.
They have interesting projects with OEM customers. It is a matter of „luck“ though, what do you get at the customer as an ANÜ/WVT
Jährliche Trips, großzügige Sommer und Weihnachtsfeier, flexible Arbeitszeiten, Zusammenhalt…
Flexible Arbeitszeiten

Really nice and stimulating environment. They really care about employees. Pretty cool projects and very lean and supportive administration.
This is how kununu makes money.
