The single point I would like to point out: communication of leadership and senior leadership has not been candid. I have seen the words "toxic positivity" and "gaslighting" in other comment - and I agree.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Treat people like responsible adults.
Do not believe that you can challenge the US tech titans with a translator tool.
Focus on old strengths, not deciding new company values overnight, lie to employees and brand yourself as a hot startup - AI translation is a commodity by this point, don't pretend otherwise.
