Room for improvement, but understandable after such rapid growth. As much as there are challenges, I can see the company and management working to make this better, with some improvements already being made in specific orgs.

Seasonal like any business - we have some busier times than others. You have to be extra conscious of your time and make sure you set boundaries if you are in a remote or hybrid location. But in general I have flexibility, freedom and the trust of my manager.

Depending on the dept - in upper management many recent changes but some quite justified as we are evolving as a business.

Some good and potential initiatives are being taken, but we still have some work to do as a company to ensure that all employees are represented equally and that our values are followed throughout the company.

Fair compensation packages, but not at the high end of what other SaaS companies offer.
