The company is apparently trying to do something for the environment in Asia and also has a foundation for people in need, but for many people this is just an attempt to distract from the problems that exist within the company.

You have two days of home office and three days of attendance, but there's no real flexibility like in other areas. If someone needs an extra day of home office, they have to make up for it in person, usually alone in their area.

If you haven't negotiated a good starting salary, you won't get a personal pay raise, no matter how much work you take on. I've been with the company for almost 10 years, and I've been facing a company-wide pay raise of 4-5%, which doesn't even come close to offsetting inflation over the last 10 years.

As described above, everyone is demotivated and about to leave, and you're given more tasks. Employees who leave are replaced, but their salaries aren't adjusted. Employees aren't treated fairly, to the point where they're probably sacked if they ask for something.

Communication is designed in such a way that you occasionally learn something about the company but mostly you sit in 1-2 hour meetings and listen to a monologue about how awesome you are
Gleichberechtigung
As in some other companies, there are favorites and then the rest who get nothing. Here, the rest make up 99% of the workforce.
Interessante Aufgaben
There used to be more options for working with different products. Sometimes hoses, sometimes injection molding. Now you can only do either hoses, textiles, or injection molding.
