Some longer-term employees seem to be down about their career progression. It would be best if they leave. For this reason, not a 5 star.

Generally really good. Lots of team bonding opportunities, beer friday, Friday successes, monthly feedback circles, etc. Everybody tries to help each other to achieve our goals!
With this said, its not all rainbows and butterflies. There are some people who just need to take the next step within their career or change their attitude. I guess you have bad seeds in any organization.
Work-Life-Balance
You have to demand it. If you don't protect yourself you could be working long hours. You have to know how to say to "no" OR "great idea. not right now"

My boss is really busy but always there when I truly need him/her. Open and transparent communication - I do not have to worry about politics with my boss. He/She is very supportive and I believe sees my full potential. Pushes me to reach it!

Moving in the right direction. We have several charity projects going on and I hear we are working on a sustainability academy. This is amazing for a "start-up"

Naja - I think they are still in this phase of thinking they are a start-up. Salaries are not bad - but they could be better.
