- Work on transparency and very clear policies around money, promotion etc. Stop being so fake positive and be authentic.

No clear comms strategy, very very intransparent processes. Sometimes, you hear news externally first. A lot of fake happiness and toxic positivity instead of promoting growth and learning culture.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
depends where you are, but in our teams its really good.
Work-Life-Balance
if you are single, cool. if you have family, friends and a life after work, you will out-grouped a lot.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
mine are very good, but its Russian roulette. Upper management does not care if you have a bad or toxic one.
Interessante Aufgaben
It's fun, but way too many OKR's and goals - so they keep hiring without have a strategy. Once your team is growing, you have more tasks to do. Never ending cycle.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
very intransparent policy, always changing. Also, new hires get more money. once you are in, you have no negotiation base.
