I really like working for a company that makes a real impact for Germany. Because of my colleagues i am happy to go to work. If I struggle with a task, my manager helps me, instead of blaming me. Sometimes it is a bit annoying, but there are so many rules for the people wo work on the construction site. But at least there are no accidents in comparison to other companies like this.

the company has the character of a family-run business, creating a more personal working environment. Office staff and site teams work together as one team. Everyone contributes to the success of the project.

DENYS works on important infrastructure projects related to energy supply and utilities. I can sense how my colleagues identify with our goals. I hope DENYS will be better known in the future.
Work-Life-Balance
Vacation has to be approved, but I was never refused a planned holiday. If I have to do overtime (very rarely), i get compensation or a day off. Also the tariff gives more holiday than usual.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Training is relevant and practical, with no unnecessary courses just for the sake of it.
Gehalt/Benefits
they have to pay salaries according to the tariff, which is very nice for us. Its more than fair. If your job requires it, you also get an electric car.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The company is very aware of environment. There are a lot of rules and standards to meet. But rather too many rules, than a company that doesn`t care about our planet.

Good cooperation and knowledge sharing among colleagues are particularly valuable when working on complex projects

i feel like it does not even matter how old you are, everybody is just a part of a team. maybe older colleagues are trusted more because they have more experience.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I never had any problems. But i noticed that managers are trying to solve any conflicts asap. At the beginning of each year, we were told the goals for the year, so expectations are clear. In our team, every opinion matters and I feel involved.
Arbeitsbedingungen
there are normal offices and construction site. Both are equipped with all necessary, new IT equipment. If something bothers me, I can ask for improvement or change.
Kommunikation
Thanks to all available channels, communication with colleagues or other departments is very easy. There are information sessions about newest Management decisions, HR topics or safety rules. New Information is quickly made available to everyone.
Gleichberechtigung
Women are treated as equal team members and have the same opportunities to take on responsibility. I am especially happy that there are many female colleagues in such a male-dominated field.
Interessante Aufgaben
it depends- like in every company. Sometimes the work is boring, but in a few weeks we have an interesting new project
