Vorgesetztenverhalten
I had a very good direct manager/ team lead. However, this depends on your team and can vary strongly. Within the upper management positions there are quite some unskilled directors that are just not right for their position as they do not really care.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depends on your project but there are some pretty cool and large projects.
Gleichberechtigung
- High amount of female leaders within the company
- High awareness of language and almost never heard discriminating comments or bad jokes
- Present and problematic gender pay gap as they let this slip through in the last couple of years
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There were not really old employees within my team (< 40). Founders are usually the oldest people around (> 40).
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
- B Corp certified but just google "Dept landgoed't loo" - really sad there is a lot of pretending going on

- Really low salary ranges (this is a huge issue within the company and a lot of agencies pay so much better) by leaving I was able to increase by 40%
- Gender pay gap
- No real benefits (low monthly food allowance)

Karriere/Weiterbildung
- Lack of career support and intransparent promotion system
- During two years of hard work I was not able to receive a promotion
- Available training budget but usually there is only a limited time to do these as there is a lot of work
