Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Officially deeply ashamed to have worked for a company like this. At first I didn't want to leave a review here, but from what I heard from a former ex-colleague and friend, I am done and actually very relieved to have left this company.
The reviews speak for themselves and all of them I can support, but from how a former employee was treated (and God knows what this company put in that ex-colleagues legacy wrongfully) it is just so much worse. That person was treated wrongfully on so many levels (wrongful accusations, really bad behavior from several managers towards that person, especially negligence and unequal treatment in the SAME matter from HR, which is really the worst) but now I was informed that certain information is withheld intentionally, to either just neglect, or worse: delay. I never would have thought that petty things like this would be possible, but the reviews show the same (interesting how bad reviews are getting liked and positive ones not - coincidence also that the positive ones keep popping up, once there are too many bad reviews, or after the promotion phase), it is no wonder it keeps raining down from the personnel structures. I hope the ex-colleague tries to do something against it, from what I have heard there would even be ground to sue. Besides the hypocritical phrases that company is throwing around, it is just a disgrace to the consulting industry in general. It is best to not work there.
Actually, I am astounded that that company had lasted that long, after seeing the level of competence of the executives and partners there. Finally, some major structural changes were made, but with this kind of mentality, it will lead to nowhere.
